I’m wet. I’m sleepy. And all I want to do is not wake up late tomorrow (today, actually. It’s almost 2 am here) because I also need to prepare my meals for the day.
Just finished washing up after doing Day 1 of the Betty Rocker 30 Day Challenge. It didn’t seem like much, but to my protesting muscles, it was like torture. Well, coupled with the fact that I went trampolining for an hour yesterday, my whole body still aching. I’m usually not such a lightweight. Well, not usually.
I think I really need to start planning all of this right. So that I don’t bungle up my best efforts to start anew.
I’m thinking, total diet change, gym 2-3 times a week, plus the daily Betty Rocker 15 mins workout. But then again, I really need to stick to my guns.
This calls for some serious overhaulin’. I need to get my ass into gear.
